| Abstract: | The Yongxin River Bridge at Baizhang Road,Ningbo City is a prestressed concrete(PC)continuous girder bridge with span arrangement(24+40+24)m.Within the 10 m length at each side of the girder atop the intermediate piers of the Bridge,the corrugated steel webs were used and the utilization of the webs in such a way was the first of its kind in China.In this paper,the features and design experiences of the Bridge are described. |
