| 摘 要： | 针对传统风险评价方法中的权重限制问题,利用DEA方法,给出了港口船舶航行环境风险多指标评价的DEA模型,并且在出现多个有效评价对象的情况下利用MDEA模型对有效评价对象进行充分比较和排序,最后给出评价实例。

| Abstract: | To the problem of weight restriction in traditional risk assessment methods, the DEA model used to make multi - index evaluation of harbor ship navigation environment risk is established. And the MDEA model is used to suffi-ciently compare and rank the efficient evaluation object in the case having more than one efficient evaluation objects. In the end, an empirical example is illustrated. |
