圆形料场储量分析及计算

摘    要:大型全封闭圆形料场以其技术先进、自动化水平高、环保性能突出、损耗低等特点,已被广泛应用于电力、钢铁、焦化、港口、矿山、粮食等行业的散性物料的存储和输送系统。储量作为圆形料场的最重要的指标参数之一,备受使用者的关注。对于圆形料场储量的计算,目前还没有现成的计算公式。通过对料堆几何模型进行分析,结合多年的设计经验,对圆形料场储量计算方法进行了分析、总结,以方便使用者根据各自条件进行选用。

Abstract:As the powder material storage and transportation system, large closed circular stockyard has the charac- teristics of advanced technology, high automation level, outstanding environmental performance and low loss level, it is widely used in electric power, iron and steel, coking, port, mining, food and other industries. Being one of the most im- portant parameters for circular stockyard, reserve attracts much attention from users. For the reserve calculation of circular stockyard, there is no ready - made formula. For the convenient of users to calculate the reserve of circular stockyard, the paper firstly analyzes stockpile geometric model, and then analyses and summarizes the calculation methods of deserve. Years of engineering practice from authors show the correctness of deserve calculation methods.
