电动汽车无刷电机控制系统的设计

摘    要:为对无刷直流电机实现开/闭环两部分控制,文章介绍了基于Freescale 9S12XS128芯片实现对电动汽车无刷直流电机控制器的设计。程序的编译采用了Codewarrior软件,闭环控制即在车上安装了振荡传感器,可根据不同的振荡程度自行调整无刷电机的转速。开环控制是外设有滑动变阻器,用户可以通过调整滑动变阻器来控制输入电压信号的大小,进而调整PWM的输出来控制电机的转速。此款控制器实现了电机的开/闭环控制,还设计有显屏,可显示速度、电流、电压及消耗的电量,且预留有无线输出口并配有LabVIEW上位机软件可用于调试电机和采集数据。

Design of Brushless Motor Control System of Electric Vehicle
Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to realize open and close loop control respectively for brushless motor. The paper introduces brushless DC motor controller of electric vehicle based on Freescale 9S12XS128 chip. The compiler is used of Codewarrior software, shock sensor is installed in the car in a close loop mode, the velocity of brushless motor is freely adjusted according to different vibration level. Outer slide rheostat is designed in a open loop mode, the user can slide the rheostat to control the input voltage signal to adjust motor revolution. This controller presented open and close loop control, indicating velocity, current and power consumption on the screen, in addition, offered a wireless outlet with Labview PC software.
