摘    要:在中高速客车和地铁、轻轨车辆二系悬挂中,空气弹簧和抗侧滚扭杆组合得到越来越多的应用.对空气弹簧及抗侧滚扭杆可靠性的要求也越来越高.主要对空气弹簧及抗侧滚扭杆系统的可靠性设计手段进行阐述,重点介绍仿真分析、材料设计、试验验证等在产品设计阶段的虚用.通过产品实际应用情况表明,通过虚拟样机设计并结合模拟试验,可以较好地保证产品的可靠性.
