霞浦隧道可变断面衬砌台车设计

摘    要:霞浦长大铁路隧道直线地段和洞口风机连接段、洞内二处绝缘下锚段关节设计为3种衬砌断面。制作3种断面衬砌台车成本高,洞内互换困难,采用直线标准断面衬砌台车通过更换拱部模板、下纵梁底部增加四个支承墩将衬砌台车整体抬高、接长丝杠和更换顶升油缸等办法,将二衬台车进行改装,变成可变断面台车,使一部台车衬3种断面,满足工程需要。

Abstract:At Xiapu railway tunnel' s linear area, hole blower linkage and inside two insulation anchor joints are designed into three lining sections, but the cost of producing three lining sections is high and exchanging inside hole is difficulty. That using standard cross-section straight lining trolley, replacing arch template and increasing four supporting piers under the bottom beam could line up the whole lining trolley. Taking a long screw, replacing top fuel tank and etc. could remodel second lining trolley to a variable cross-section trolley that making a trolley lining three sections. All the modification could meet the project needs, ensure the safety and quality and reduce project costs.
