摘    要:针对某导航雷达控制电路板PCB中大量采用集成度很高的芯片,传统的测试方法无法进行测试与诊断的问题;通过对边界扫描技术的研究,运用边界扫描技术锯决高集成度、高性能的PCB板的测试与故障诊断;详细阐述了某导航雷达控制电路板的测试诊断策略以及测试诊断的开发流程。

Abstract:For the testing and diagnosis the PCB of one control circuit board equipped in navigation radar, which has a large number of high integration chips, people can't resolve this problem with conventional testing method. Researching on boundary-scan test technology and test algorithm, by applying boundary-scan technology, the testing and diagnosis the PCB with high integration level and high performance have been solved. This paper expounds this testing and diagnosis strategy and development process in detail.
