摘    要:遥控靶艇是水面靶标的重要组成部分,针对遥控靶艇存在的航速低、环境适应性差及使用成本高等问题,提出了基于小线面双体结构的遥控靶艇选型论证和设计思路,介绍了小线面双体船的技术特点以及遥控靶艇的组成,并围绕提高甲板利用率、抗沉性以及减低使用成本等方面开展了结构设计。重点探讨了遥测遥控系统的软硬件设计,系统采用软硬件结合和标准化、规范化的设计方法,实现了靶艇遥控系统、推进装置和舵机的有机结合。模型实验和试验应用证明,方法合理可行、可靠有效。该研究成果还可用于对退役舰艇进行遥控靶艇的改装。

Abstract:The remote control target was an important part of sea surface target. To the problems of low speed, poor entironment a- daptability, high cost and so on, a choice and design of remote control target was put forward based on small waterplane area twin-hull struc- ture, the technology characteristic and constitution of small waterplane area twin-hull ship was introduced, the structure improving of deck u- sing ratio, anti-sink capability and low cost was designed. The software and hardware design of remote control and telemetry was discussed, using the method of software and hardware combine and standardization design, achieved the reasonable combine of remote control system, engine equipment and rudder. The model experiment and test application show the designed was resonable, reliable and effective. The re- search result could be used to reconstruct retired ship to remote control target.
