摘    要:以我海军亚丁湾护航任务为背景,文章具体分析了远海使用条件下舰船装备技术保障的要素和影响因素,基于一定的指标选取原则确定了舰船装备技术保障评估指标,建立了相应的评估指标体系层次结构,并对底层指标进行了简要的定量、定性分析,提出了指标分析方法,为舰船装备保障能力评估工作打下基础。

Abstract:As the background of Chinese Navy Escort mission in the Gulf of Aden, the article analyzed the technical support elements and the influencing factors for the oceangoing ship equipments, then the ship equipment technical support assessment indicators are chosen based on the principle of selecting indicators, and the assessment index system structure is established. In addition, the paper makes quanti- tative or qualitative analysis to the underlying index, and put forward the indicators analysis method. The paper can lay the foundation for ship equipment protection force assessment.
