摘    要:通常会遇到利用热导检测器(TCD)来分析腐蚀性样品。当较多量腐蚀性的样品通过检测器时,通常会损坏热丝。本文采用安捷伦单丝TCD来分析腐蚀性气体。通过分析三氟化氮(NF3)的实例,来将改进的TCD与标准双热丝或四热丝TCD进行对比。

Abstract:A common problem could be encountered when corrosive gas is analyzed by means of a thermal conductivity detector (TCD). The filament is very vulnerable to be broken while the large amount of corrosive gas going through. In this paper, a novel method is developed for the application of impurities analysis in a corrosive gas using Agilent single filament TCD. A real case is presented for the analysis of nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) with the modified Agilent TCD comparing to standard dual/four filaments TCD.
