| 摘 要： | 基于易修理性对汽车进行设计优化，不仅可缩短修理周期，减少修理费用，而且对汽车厂家和保险公司也有积极作用，汽车的材料连接是设计的关键。文章介绍了7种常见的材料连接方法，分析了连接设备和生产工艺的特．董，并根据材料连接缺陷找出不同连接方法对维修性能的影响，提出了改进建议，给汽车设计人员和汽车厂家提供借鉴和指导。

| Abstract: | Optimized design based on easily repair, not only shorten maintenance times and costs but also has acti,Je effect for automobile manufacturers and insurance companies. Materials joining are the key of automotive design. Seven common materials joining methods are introduced and connecting equipments and production process is analyzed. Based on materials joining defect, find out various joining methods that influence the maintenance performance. And improvement suggestions are put forward; provide reference and guidance for automotive designers and manufacturers. |
