公共自行车与轨道交通结合的机动性创新项目——上海市城市外围地区案例

针对上海市城市外围地区居民出行难的问题,永久自行车集团与张江高科技园区、闵行区主管部门合作,开展了公共自行车与轨道交通结合的机动性创新项目实践。首先介绍了项目采用的＂PPP＂模式运营开发以及专业化的硬件设施。重点剖析了闵行区的实践案例,在分析现状问题的基础上,介绍了公共自行车系统租赁点的布局以及独特的计费体系。采用用户问卷调查方法,了解公共自行车的使用人群特征以及使用次数、单次使用时间、接驳方式等情况。结果表明,公共自行车系统扩展了轨道交通车站的有效服范围,弥补了城市外围地区出行服务不足的缺陷,并为更大范围内土地利用功能的调整提供了可能性。

An Innovation Practice of Combining Urban Rail Transit with Bike Sharing Systems:A Case Study in Shanghai Suburban Area

To solve residents travel problem in Shanghai suburban area, the Forever Group, in collaboration with local governments in Zhangjiang and Minhang districts, has developed an innovative intermodal passenger transportation system by combining rail transit with bike sharing systems. This system uses the Public-Private Partnership operation framework and the specialized facilities. F Focusing on the case study in Minhang district, the paper introduces bicycle sharing system layout and its unique pricing framework. The bicycle users’characteristics and their trip patterns in number of trips, trip duration and interchanging methods is also studied through a questionnaire survey. The analysis results show the bicy- cle sharing system expands the rail transit coverage areas and pro- vides travel services to areas with less accessibility to public transit. It also makes land use development possible in large areas.
