| 摘 要： | 文章针对高职院校公共选修课存在的重视程度不够、课程设置随意性大、师资队伍不稳定、教学管理不到位等问题,提出从转变思想,加强制度建设;精心设计,优化课程结构;不断改革,提升教学质量;积极引导,强化师资队伍;加强监管,完善管理体系等方面探寻相应的解决方法,具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In view of such problems as not attaching enough importance, arbitrariness of curriculum set-up,instability of teachers＇ team and poor academic administration, this article holds that solutions should be sought from such angles as transforming mentality, strengthening system construction, designing, optimizing curriculum structure, furthering reforms, improving teaching quality, guiding, strengthening teachers＇ team, enhancing supervision as well as improving management system. |
