| 摘 要： | 大学生党员发展工作关系到为中国特色社会主义事业培养政治合格、理想信念坚定的建设者和接班人的重要使命。文章从社会转型期大学生党员发展工作的现实意义出发,分析了新时期大学生党员发展工作面临的困境,并提出应对困境的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Party member development work for college students is closely related to the significant mission of training politically-qualified builders and successors with firm faith for the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on an introduction of its realistic meaning,this article analyzes the dilemma confronting it as well as puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
