Euro NCAP中方向盘接触主观评价方法的改进

摘    要:通过对正面偏置碰撞试验中车体反弹旋转对假人胸部运动姿态影响的分析,以及运用插补法对胸部x向加速度axc曲线产生冲击的原因进行探讨,研究了Euro NCAP中方向盘接触的主观评价方法。结果表明,车体反弹过程中,假人胸部axc曲线常常会出现第2个波峰,在两峰之间进行插补修整,如果曲线过渡平滑,确认波谷因车体旋转产生,可以排除方向盘接触胸部。在进行方向盘接触主观评价时,运用反弹-插补法进行评价可以提高主观评价的客观性。

Improvement of Subjective Assessment by Considering Chest Contact with the Steering Wheel in Euro NCAP

Abstract:The paper analyzed the influence of rebounding and yawing of the vehicle body on the dummy movement and pose in the frontal offset impact test,explained the spikes produced on the chest acceleration curve axc by using smooth interpolation,and studied the subjective assessment method considering chest contact with the steering wheel in the Euro NCAP.The results show the second peak generally occurs on the axc curve during the rebound of vehicle body.After the interpolation is performed between the two peaks on the axc curve,there is no contact between the steering wheel and chest if the interpolation curve is smooth and if the trough at the curve is caused by the vehicle yawing.It is concluded that the proposed method can improve the objectivity and reliability in subjective assessment.
