预应力钢索与索道孔壁接触压力的模拟研究

摘    要:根据试验观察,提出了一种模拟预应力钢索与索道孔壁接触区域和接触压力的简单、实用的方法。通过对拱脚预应力钢索进行自平衡的计算,得到了接触压力荷载的公式。根据公式,将索力和接触压力分布荷载施加在物体的有限元模型上,通过将有限元计算结果与试验结果进行比较,可以看到二者吻合很好。在计算和试验过程中所得到的一些结论,对预应力结构的计算和设计,可以提供一些参考。

Abstract:A simple and practical method was proposed to simulate the contact region and the contact pressure between the prestressed tendon and the wall of ropeway.By the self-balancing computation of the prestressed tendon of arch foot,a formula of contact pressure was acquired.According to the corresponding formula,tendon forces and contact pressures were subjected to the finite element model of the object and authors conducted ANSYS finite element computing through comparing the finite element results and the experimental ones.It can be seen that both fit well.Some conclusions obtained from the computation and experiment have important practical values in the computation and design of the prestressed structures.
