| 摘 要： | 通过分析316L奥氏体不锈钢管材发生点状腐蚀的特性,揭示316L不锈钢在海洋环境下造成点蚀的主观因素及客观因素,以及如何保养316L不锈钢管延长其使用寿命,完善不锈钢材料在船舶领域使用的规范性。文章介绍了不同质量分数氯离子的溶液及不同环境温度316L奥氏体材料的腐蚀速率,得出随着氯离子质量分数的增加及环境温度升高材料加速腐蚀的特性。

Analysis to the cause of pitting corrosion on 316L stainless steel liquor pipe |

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characteristic of 316L austenitic stainless steel pitting corrosion, subjective complication and external factor for pitting corrosion are found out, the way to prolong the life-span under correct maintenance is given and the material usage criterion in ship＇s scope is improved. This article introduces the rusted speed of 316L austenitic stainless steel in different consistency of chlorine ion liquor and different temperature, which is got higher along with the increase of chlorine ion consistency and setting temperature. |
