斜交空心板正截面承载力模拟计算研究

摘    要:采用有限元方法对预应力混凝土斜交空心板进行非线性数值模拟计算,得到了斜交空心板正截面的受力过程、极限承载力以及破坏时混凝土、预应力钢筋的荷载-应力曲线。预应力混凝土斜交空心板的受力全过程可以划分为预加力反拱、混凝土开裂、钢筋屈服、混凝土压碎破坏4个阶段。通过多种工况的计算比较发现,达到极限状态时截面的破坏形式、极限承载力随荷载形式不同有一些差别,模拟计算得出混凝土斜交空心板的最小的荷载工况,以此最小的荷载工况为计算依据,提出了混凝土斜交空心板正截面强度计算公式,可供工程设计参考使用。

Abstract:Finite element method was used to simulate computation of non-linear process of prestressed concrete skew hollow slab.After the procedure of non-linear modeling,stress process and ultimate bearing capacity of the normal section of PC skew hollow slab were obtained and the curves of load and stress of concrete and prestressed bar respectively were drawn while they are damaged.The overall stress process of the prestressed concrete skew hollow slab can be divided into four stages:pre-applied force invert arch,cracking of concrete,yield of reinforcing steel and destruction of concrete.By comparing the computed results in multiform work conditions,it is discovered that the destruction form and ultimate bearing capacity of the section have some differences with the dissimilarity of load form when the slab just reaches the limit load.The minimal load behavior of the prestressed concrete skew hollow slab was got.Based on which the strength calculation formula of the normal section of prestressed concrete skew hollow slab was put forward,which provides the reference for engineering design.
