摘    要:介绍了一种基于DCS机理的内燃机机油冷却器液压脉动疲劳试验的数据采集与监视控制(SCADA)系统。该系统以IPC为监控管理级,以嵌入式控制器应用于现场直接数字控制级,具有配置灵活、运行可靠、实时性好、试验信息管理和维护方便等特点。介绍了该系统的基本结构、功能设计、工作流程、软硬件平台设计和系统实现过程等。

Abstract:A DSC based supervisory control and data acquisition system of the engine oil radiator hydraulic pressure fluctuation fatigue test is introduced.The system uses IPC as the supervisory management level,uses the push-in type controller as the on-site direct digital control level.The system has advantages of flexible configuration,reliable running,good real-time performance and easy management and maintenance of test information, etc.. Its structure,functions,working procedures,hardware and software platform and realization process of system are introduced.
