直接空冷单元流场特性数值研究

摘    要:通过数值模拟,分析风速、平台宽度、挡风墙高度、挡风墙形状等因素影响下的空冷单元空气流动的变化规律。研究结果表明,环境风速对流场影响较大,随着环境风速的增加,轴流风机的通风量降低,当环境风速为11m/s时,轴流风机流量为无风时的63%;空冷平台宽度对流动传热特性影响很小;加装挡风墙下延对空冷单元轴流风机吸风量有显著提高。

Abstract:By way of CFD,the influence of wind velocity,distance by windbread,windbread height and windbread shape upon the flow and heat transfer of the cooling air was analyzed.It is concluded that crosswind influence the velocity and temperature distribution much.The mass flow rate decrease when the crosswind velocities increase.The mass flow is 63% of which when the wind speed is 11 m /s.The distance by windbread and air-cooled unit influence the velocity and temperature distribution slight.Adding lower windbreak ...
