| 摘 要： | 供水、电、气、暖系统中的跑、冒、滴、漏以及收费难是长期困扰相关市政企业及管理部门的“老大难”问题。运用“基于GPRS／PLC的远程集中抄表与节能监管系统”，将用户原有计量表计更新为支持GPRS／PLC通信方式的CPU卡式电表、智能水表、智能燃气表和智能热量表，将很好地解决上述问题，提高企业乃至全社会的能源管理水平。
