平溃散治疗消化性溃疡的临床药理评价

目的　观察平溃散治疗消化性溃疡疗效。方法　将经胃镜检查确诊为消化性溃疡活动期1 2 0例患者 ,分为治疗组 (平溃散 )和对照组 (雷尼替丁 )进行疗效对比 ,并在治疗前后作胃镜检查、胃液分析、药效学实验研究及免疫功能检查。结果　 4～ 6周愈合率治疗组为 83.3% ,对照组为 68.5%。胃液分析证明 ,与酸相关性溃疡用药前呈高酸状态 ,用药后治疗组抑制胃酸分泌优于对照组。免疫检查结果提示本病发生可能与细胞免疫功能低下有关。结论　药效学实验研究证实平溃散可选择性拮抗组胺 2受体 ,使胃酸分泌量降低 ,溃疡愈合

A clinical evaluation of the pharmacological effects of Pingkuisan on peptie ulcer

Objective Aim to evaluation of effects of Pingkuisan on peptic ulcer.Methods 120 cases of peptic ulcer diagnosed by gastro scope biopsy were divided into two groups i.e. Pingkuisan treatment group and Ranitidine control group.The clinic and pharmacological effects, gastro scope biopsy,gastric fluid and the immunity function were investigated before and after Pingkuisan treatment.Results Compared with Ranitidine, Pingkuisan had higher cure rate(83.3% vs 68.5%) after 4~6 weeks treatment and more efficiency ofanti gastric acid secretion.Immunity function examination revelaed that the weakness of cell immunity function might have relationship to peptic ulcer.Conclusion This study demonstrated that Pingkuisan may select to block H 2 receptor and therefore decreased gastric acid secretion and promoted ulcer heal.
