鄞州快速城市化地区公路网规划实证研究

针对鄞州快速城市化地区公路发展的客观要求，探讨了适宜的公路网规划技术方法。先根据快速城市化地区发展的特殊性，对公路交通在不同发展时期的特殊要求进行了分析。本着有利于地区和公路发展的共同要求，结合鄞州区公路网规划实践，对鄞州快速城市化地区使用图论、区位论进行公路网络布局的方法，对为快速城市化地区提供服务的骨架公路与其他区域内部公路的协调一致的工作步骤，对适应快速城市化地区特点的公路网规划精度、预留用地方面的要点，进行实证分析。

An Example Study on Highway Network Planning Method in Rapidly Urbanized Area of Yinzhou District

The suitable highway network planning method for the objective requirements of highway development in the rapidly urbanized area(RUA) of Yinzhou District are explored in this paper. According to the peculiarity of the development in these areas, the particular requirements of highway transportation in different periods are firstly analysed. For the aim of developing the areas and highway, and on the basis of the example of Yinzhou highway network planning, the following items certain are analysed by an example: graphic theory and area location theory used in network layout method, working steps for coordinating the skeleton highways serving for RUA and interior highways in other regions, and main points about highway location accuracy and pre-reserved land for characters of RUA.
