用经济学原理分析停车需求与供应之间的矛盾

城市停车问题是城市停车需求与供应之间矛盾的表现，解决停车问题应该从分析停车供需特性着手。文章首先分析了停车需求和供应的特性，然后运用经济学中的蛛网理论对停车供需进行分析，得出应该从调控需求上处理停车问题：最后建立了基于市场价格的停车供应和需求的平衡模型，并根据需求变动类型的不同将调控需求的措施分为两类，两类措施各有优势，应结合起来运用。

Analysis of the Demand and Supply of Parking Facilities Based on Economic Theories

The parking problem is the result of conflict between demand and supply.Thus the solutions should be solved accord to the analysis of the demand and supply.This paper first analyzed the characteristic of the parking demand and supply, then analyzed the relation between them using the cobweb theorem, finding that the parking demand must be adjusted according to the supply; Finally, the equilibrium modal based on the market price was introduced, and two types of measures were classified according to the different types of demand change.It is suggested that two measures should be used combined for each of them has its own advantages.
