单相变频恒压供水控制器设计

摘    要:利用变频恒压供水系统对水泵电机实行无级调速,依据用水量及水压变化通过微机检测、PID运算,自动改变水泵转速保持水压恒定以满足用水要求,是目前最先进、合理的节能供水系统。与传统的水塔、高位水箱、气压罐等供水方式比较,不论是投资、运行的经济性,还是系统的稳定性、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都具有优势。

Abstract:Constant pressure water supply system for the implementation of variable speed pump motor,based on changes in water and water pressure test by computer,PID operation,automatically change the pump speed to maintain constant pressure to meet water requirements,is the most advanced and effective energy supply System.With the traditional towers,high water tank,pressure tank and other water supply compared to both investment and operation of the economy,or the system stability,reliability,and other aspects of automation has advantages.
