汽车低温实验室设计

低温环境对于汽车运行性能产生影响,尤其对于车辆发动机、底盘等总成部件的使用性能及寿命影响较大。针对低温环境条件的汽车性能测试技术对于环境要求较高,依据国家标准设计低温实验室,并依托实验室进行汽车及发动机性能试验,并针对测试数据对汽车制造进行技术标定。主要针对低温实验室结构布局设计,低温环境下的实验条件及性能检测方法进行研究。

Automobile Low Temperature Laboratory Design

Low temperature environment will influence automobile running operation,moreover,it will exert a tremendous influence on operation and performance life of engine and chassis.Because automobile operation testing technique under the condition of low temperature environment needs exact environment condition,a lab is established according to national standard.As a result,it is profound to rely on low temperature lab to test automobile performance and engine performance.Testing data will set a technique standard for automobile manufacture and development.This paper makes a research on the design of low temperature lab construction and layout and lab condition and performance test under the condition low temperature environment.
