| 摘 要： | 研究了一种定位车牌区域的新方法,该方法首先对车牌图像进行边缘检测,然后进行骨骼化处理,最后通过线扫描定位车牌。实验证明使用该方法定位车牌的准确率达到了98.8%,平均耗时0.1s,同时对光线较昏暗、车牌较模糊的图像也能实现比较准确的定位。

| Abstract: | A new method of license plate location is brought forward in this paper which deals with the plate images by edge detection,bone treatment and line scanning. It is proved to enhance the rate of accuracy to 98.8% and reduce the location time to 0.1s by experiments. Even more,the method also takes some effects to the plate image which is blurry and caliginous. |
