艇用氢氧化锂药粒回收技术研究

摘    要:研究了将艇用氢氧化锂罐的回收废料——碳酸锂和少量未反应的氢氧化锂转化为一水氢氧化锂的技术途径,从而达到氢氧化锂废料回收再利用的目的。研究了将废料中的碳酸锂和未反应的氢氧化锂分离,然后利用苛化法将碳酸锂转化为一水氢氧化锂的制备工艺,制得的一水氢氧化锂,经造粒、烘干所得的氢氧化锂药粒的技术性能,无论在二氧化碳吸收速率方面,还是在单位质量二氧化碳吸收量方面,都与由氢氧化锂原材料制得的药粒相当。

Abstract:In order to reuse the lithium hydroxide particulate in the canister for removing carbon dioxide in submarines,the method of preparation of monohydrate lithium hydroxide via the spent lithium hydroxide particulate,which is the mixture of lithium carbonate and small amount of unreacted lithium hydroxide,was studied in this paper. Firstly,the lithium carbonate was seperated from the unreacted lithium hydroxide sucessfully. Then the lithium carbonate,used as the reactant,was transformed to monohydrate lithium hydroxide through causticization step. The particulate generated by pressing the monohydrate lithium hydroxide obtained by above method,has the same carbon dioxide absorption rate and the same specific absorption amount as the particulate of the technical grade monhydrate lithium hydroxide.
