CA6110型系列柴油机曲轴两种平衡方案的研究

摘    要:原CA6110-2型柴油机曲轴采用4平衡块结构在实际应用中存在着许多问题,对产生上述问题的原因加以分析,并在不增加现生产设备及不改变加工方法的前提下,在计算机进行平衡计算和分析,提出采用8平衡块结构对其加以改进,实践证明,CA6110ZLA9型柴油机采用8平衡块曲轴,解决了生产中动平衡困难等问题。

Abstract:Many problems are existed in original CA6110-2 diesel engine crankshaft in its actual usage due to its 4-balancing-block structure.The paper analyzes the causes involved in above-mentioned problems,based on the prerequisite of no increasement of present production equipment and no change of machining processes,the balancing calculation and analysis are performed by computer,an 8-balancing-block structure is put forward for iproving the crankshaft structure.It is shown by practice that use an 8-balancing-block structure crankshaft in CA6110ZLA9 diesel engine to solve the problems of difficult dynamic bahancing in production.
