摘    要:本文论述了薄壁件装配几何误差溯源,诊断与控制这一新领域的研究进展,特别针对汽车工业中车身装配几何精度质量诊断与控制中的几何量测试、统计质量控制、几何误差形成机理、误差分析与综合及其在误差质量控制中的应用等问题进行了探讨。

An Overview of Diagnosing and Controlling Assembly Variation of Sheet Metal Parts
Abstract:This paper reviews the advancement in the fields of tracking, diagnosing and reducing dimensional variation in sheet metal parts assembly. Especially, the problems in the process of car body assembling, including SPC, tolerance analysis and synthesis, measurement of variation in geometric accuracy, mechanism of geometric variation and their applications to error control are discussed. It shows that the tolerance analysis and synthesis method based on physical and geometric nonlinear model may be a promising way to find out the root causes of dimensional failures.
