| Abstract: | The Admilaistrative Compulsory Enforcement Law is an important legal instrument regulating the administrative law enforcement by the Govermment organs. The promulgation of the Law terminates the situation that for a long period there was no specific law governing administrative compulsory enforcement. This paper analyzes the status and problems concerning marine administrative compulsory enforcement.Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions about how to improve maritime administrative compulsory enforcement. |
