| 摘 要： | 通过对我国施工索赔现状进行分析，指出施工单位面临的技术与环境风险、经济风险、合同签订和履行方面的风险，同时也是可能进行索赔的机会。针对可能的索赔机会，提出索赔处理的基本原则，并分别对费用索赔和工期索赔的方法进行论述，为了提高索赔的成功率，此文还介绍了索赔的一些技巧。

According to construction engineerings' characteristics, this article illuminates potential risks hiding in construction engineerings at the aspect of technology and environment, economy,as well as contract signing and performance, besides which it also illustrates chances and opportunities, treatment principles, techniques of construction claim. |
