| 摘 要： | 交通信息的有效发布能够改善高速公路的运行状况,提高路网的通行能力。在我国现有高速公路信息发布系统的基础上,可以移动电话为媒介,利用短信、GPRS或3G移动通信业务为监控系统通信平台,及时准确地向道路使用者提供有效、全面、实时的交通信息。

| Abstract: | The operation of expressway and the capacity of road net can be improved through the effective release of traffic information.Based on the current situation of the information dissemination system of expressway in China,it can provide effective,comprehensive,and real-time traffic information for expressway users with mobile phone,and taking media and short message,GPRS or 3G mobile communicative services as the communication platform of the monitoring system. |
