翻车机拉杆改造

摘    要:翻车机U型梁通过拉杆联接,受力复杂,拉杆法兰联接处容易开裂,严重影响正常作业生产。为减少拉杆开裂频次,减少更换劳动强度,提高生产效率,特对拉杆进行结构性改造。介绍拉杆改造的步骤和工艺。改造后,拉杆的寿命成倍提高,有效促进了生产。

Abstract:The U beam of the dumper is connected by pull rod and the frange link of pull rod is easily split,which influences production heavily.In order to reduce split frequency,an structure reform of pull rod is carried out.The steps and technology of pull rod reform is introduced.After reform,the service life of pull rod has raised for severed times,which promotes production.
