摘    要:DF4B/DF12型机车风泵惯性烧保险,严重影响了生产,必须加以解决。详细分析了风泵惯性烧保险的原因。从空气制动系统、风泵保险、线路改造和风泵电机等几方面提出了解决对策。改造取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The inertia fuse-burning ofthe wind pump of the DF4B/DF12 diesel locomotive influences seriously the production, which has to be solved. The reasons of inertia fuse-burning of the wind pump are introduced. A few countermeasures are put forward from diffirent aspects such as air brake system, wind pump fuse unit, circuit reform and wind pump engine etc.. The reform has got fine results.
