集装箱龙门吊节能降耗技术研究与应用

摘    要:将基于能量回馈电网技术和 PWM 整流技术的能量回馈装置应用于集装箱龙门吊节能改造,不仅实现集装箱龙门吊设备节能降耗,而且大大改善了龙门吊滑触线上的电能质量。论述能量回馈装置原理,介绍龙门吊节能改造方案和能量反馈装置龙门吊组网测试及数据分析。该节能改造在节电降耗和提高电网电能质量方面取得的显著效果。

Abstract:Applying energy-feedback unit which gantry crane, not only realizes power-saving is based on energy-saving renovation of and consumption-reducing, but also improves greatly power quality of sliding line of gantry crane. The principle of energy-feedback unit is stated. The renovation plan, energy-feedback unit and test of electrified netting wire and data analysis of the gantry crane are introduced. The renovation has got good results in power-saving and consumption-reducing and raising energy quality of electricity grid.
