摘    要:#801、#802岸边集装箱起重机经多年使用,电控系统故障较多,必须进行升级改造。对桥机旧电控系统进行分析。介绍针对GE DC300电控系统进行改造的设计方案和在实际生产中应用情况。改造后电控系统故障较大减少,设备的完好率和作业效率显著提高。

Abstract:After many year's usage, the electric control system of shore-based container crane # 801 and # 802 appears troubles frequently, which has to be reformed and updated. The former electric control system is analyzed. The design plan for GE DC 300 electric control system and its applying situation are introduced. After reform the trouble of electric control system is reduced, the fineness of equipment and operation effect are raised.
