民国时期奉天地区度量衡考

本文利用民国奉天各县地方志中的度量衡资料,厘清了各县地方度量衡与公制的折算。尽管地方度量衡极其混乱,但以尺度为基础的亩制,各县保持一致,这与清末以后,国家增加财政收入,在东北强制推行的清丈有密切关系。利用度量衡的混乱,政府向牙行经纪征收的斗秤捐税,成为清末和民国一项重要财政来源。当国家无法影响地方度量衡制度时,商业贸易却在度量衡的转变中扮演着重要的角色。
