摘    要:阻尼器低速运动时,活塞上的复原阀处于关闭状态,节流槽和缝隙会产生低速阻力,其值可通过改变节流槽的节流面积来调节,影响低速开阀点的主要因素是常通槽、活塞的缝隙泄漏。阻尼器中速、高速运动时,活塞上的复原阀处于开启状态,会产生中速、高速阻力,其值主要通过改变复原阀片和压缩阀片的当量刚度来调节,影响中速、高速阻力的主要因素是活塞的开阀支点。

Abstract:When the damper moves at low speed, the restoring valve on the piston is closed with the throttle groove and crevice producing low-speed resistance the value of which can be adjusted by changing the throttle area of the throttle groove. The main factor affecting the low-speed valve-opening point is the leakage of the crevice of the live groove and the piston. When the damper moves at medium and high speed, the restoring valve on the piston is opening producing medium and high speed resistance the value of which can mainly be adjusted by changing the equipment rigidity of the restoring valve plate and the compression valve plate. And the main factor affecting the medium and high resistance is the valveopening fulcrum of the piston.
