CHN60轨与59R2槽型轨对现代有轨电车轮轨匹配性能的影响分析

摘    要:为研究CHN60钢轨型面、59R2钢轨型面与现代有轨电车不同磨耗车轮型面的匹配性能,对国内一现代有轨电车车轮型面进行现场测量,将运行不同里程后磨耗车轮型面分别与CHN60钢轨型面、59R2槽型轨型面在对中位置进行型面匹配,建立轮轨弹塑性接触有限元模型,对有轨电车轮轨接触的Mises应力、接触状态进行了研究。研究结果表明:新车轮与CHN60钢轨、59R2槽型轨匹配的最大等效应力相差不大;随着运行里程的增加,磨耗车轮与CHN60钢轨、59R2槽型轨匹配的最大等效应力先增加后减少;有轨电车磨耗车轮与59R2槽型轨匹配的接触斑面积大,最大等效应力小,且形状更接近于椭圆形,轮轨匹配性能较好。

Abstract:In order to study the matching performance of CHN60 rail profile,59R2 grooved rail profile and different wear wheel profiles of modern tramcar,the on-site measurement of a modern tramcar profile in China was carried out.The wear wheel profiles were operated after different mileages,and these worn wheel profiles were matched with the CHN60 rail profile and the 59R2 grooved rail profile at the centering position.A wheel/rail elastic-plastic contact finite element model was established.The Mises stress and the contact state of the wheel/rail contact were studied.The research results show that the maximum equivalent stresses of the new wheel matched with the CHN60 rail and the 59R2 grooved rail are close.As the operating mileage increases,the maximum equivalent stresses of the worn wheel matched with the CHN60 rail and the 59R2 grooved rail increaes at first,and then decrease.The tramcar worn wheel and the 59R2 grooved rail have a large contact spot area,a small maximum equivalent stress,and a shape closer to an ellipse,and the wheel/rail matching performance is better.
