摘    要:依托长春地铁2号线袁家店站预制装配式地铁车站,利用MIDAS GTS NX软件建立单环地层-结构模型,考虑肥槽分级回填,分析回填不同材料时车站结构在位移、变形、内力等方面的变化趋势和分布规律,找出预制装配式结构的薄弱部位。结果表明:结构的薄弱部位主要集中在拱肩、拱脚及边墙底部;回填素混凝土与回填土相比结构内力和变形差异较小;拱脚处施加钢支撑可显著改善结构拱脚处的受力。研究结果可为预制装配式地铁车站的设计和施工提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the prefabricated metro station in Yuanjiadian station of Changchun Metro Line 2,a single ring stratum-structure model was established by MIDAS GTS NX.Considering the graded backfill of fertilizer trough,the change trend and distribution law of station structure in displacement,deformation,internal force and other aspects were analyzed with different materials backfilling,and the weak pams of prefabricated structure were found out.The results show that the weak parts of the structure are mainly concentrated in the arch shoulder,arch foot and the bottom of the side wall,the difference of structure internal force and deformation of the backfill plain concrete is smaller by comparing with the backfill,applying steel support at the arch foot can significantly improve the stress at the arch foot of the structure.The research results can provide a reference for the design and construction of prefabricated metro station.
