摘    要:CRTSⅢ型轨道板铺装前必须进行逐板检测。因此,如何有效提高轨道板的检测效率及检测精度成为一个亟待解决的问题。三维激光扫描技术作为一项新兴技术,为空间信息的获取提供一种全新的技术手段。以三维扫描仪获取的CRTSⅢ型轨道板承轨台点云数据作为研究对象,在点云预处理的基础上采用NURBS曲面拟合建模,并利用模型建立特征,据此提取承轨台相关核心检测指标。实验结果表明,NURBS模型视觉效果较好且重构精度较高,各检测指标最大偏差均未超过允许值,检测结果具有较高的可靠性,该方法实现了轨道板模型参数的可视化和信息化表达。

Abstract:The CRTSⅢ track slab must be inspected one by one before installation. Therefore, how to effectively improve the inspection efficiency and inspection accuracy of the track slab has become an urgent problem to be solved. As an emerging technology, 3 D laser scanning technology provides a new technical means for the acquisition of spatial information. In this paper, the point cloud data of the CRTSIII track slab bearing platform obtained by the 3 D laser scanner is taken as the research object. Based on the point cloud pre-processing, the NURBS surface fitting model is used to establish the features, and the core inspection index of the track slab bearing platform is extracted accordingly. The experimental results show that the NURBS model has better visual effects and higher reconstruction accuracy. The maximum deviation of each inspection index does not exceed the allowable value, and the inspection results have high reliability. The method realizes the visualization and information expression of the track slab model parameters.
