摘    要:本文针对溶洞发育规模大、含水量大、水压高且邻近既有隧道,提出"溶洞高位泄水洞+溶洞超前帷幕注浆+大管棚支护"的综合施工方案,并对不同水灰比的水泥净浆进行强度试验,另添加不同比例的水玻璃进行双液浆试验,最终选定水灰比为0.8:1、水泥浆与水玻璃体积比为1:0.5的双液浆作为施工浆液。最后,通过钻芯取样以及孔内成像技术对注浆效果进行验证。研究成果可为类似铁路隧道溶洞处置提供依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the karst caves with large scale,large water content,high water pressure and adjacent to existing tunnels,this paper proposes a comprehensive construction method of"karst cave high drainage tunnel+karst cave advanced curtain grouting+large pipe shed support".Through laboratory tests,the strength of cement paste with different water cement ratio is tested,and different proportion of water glass is added.The double-slurry test was carried out,and finally the double-slurry with water cement ratio of 0.8:1 and volume ratio of 1:0.5 was selected as construction slurry.Finally,the grouting effect of the slurry is tested by core sampling and borehole imaging technology.The research results could provide a basis for treating karst caves in similar railway tunnel engineering.
