京雄城际铁路智能化梁场建设

摘    要:为提高京雄城际铁路箱梁预制场建造水平,体现"智能化、信息化、标准化"管理理念,打造资源节约、智能创新、绿色环保的智能化梁场,通过京雄城际铁路固安制梁场实践,研究出一套铁路智能梁场建设标准.智能梁场建设应遵循"安全科学,经济实用,功能明确,资源便捷,绿色环保,智能创新,标准统一"的基本原则,通过吸取国内外梁场建设先进理念和成熟经验,以管理为主线,以专业化、标准化、智能化、精细化为支撑,提出了梁场分区域智能化总体要求,研制出箱梁预制成套智能化设备,形成智能化安全管理模式,为梁场智能建造提供指导依据.

Abstract:In order to improve the construction level of box girder prefabrication yard of Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway,embody the management concept of“intellectualization,informationization and standardization”,and build an intellectualized Beam Yard featuring resource saving,intelligent innovation and green environmental protection,a set of construction standards for Railway Intelligent Beam Yard has been developed through summarizing the practice of Gu’an Beam Yard of Jingxiong Intercity Railway.The construction of intelligent beam yard should follow the basi cprinciples of“safety science,economy and practicality,clear function,convenient resources,green environment protection,intelligent innovation and unification of standards”.By absorbing the advanced concepts and mature experience of beam yard construction at home and abroad,taking management as the main line and supported by specialization,standardization,intellectualization and refinement,the overall requirements of regional intellectualization of beam yard were put forward,and a set of intellectualized equipment for box girder prefabrication was developed to form an intellectualized safety management mode,which provides guidance for intelligent construction of beam yard.
