Study on Health Management System forZDJ9 Switch Machine in Urban Rail Transit

According to the maintenance requirements of ZDJ9 switch machine for urban rail tran-sit,the fault diagnosis method of ZDJ9 switch machine based on case-based reasoning technology is introduced.This paper firstly describes the advantages of case-based reasoning technology in the maintenance and diagnosis of switch faults,and then focuses on describing the analysis model built by using this method.Finally,it is proved in field test that the system can effectively judge the effectiveness and feasibility of ZDJ9 switch machine's health condition,providing the basis for on-condition maintenance of signal equipment.
