城市轨道交通ZDJ9型转辙机健康管理系统研究

摘    要:根据城市轨道交通对ZDJ9型转辙机维护的需求,提出了一套基于案例推理技术的ZDJ9转辙机故障诊断方法.首先描述案例推理技术在道岔故障维护诊断方面的优势,然后重点介绍了运用该方法构建的分析模型,最后通过现场试验验证,证明了该系统能够有效判断ZDJ9型转辙机健康状况的有效性和可行性,为信号设备实现状态修提供了检修依据.

Abstract:According to the maintenance requirements of ZDJ9 switch machine for urban rail tran-sit,the fault diagnosis method of ZDJ9 switch machine based on case-based reasoning technology is introduced.This paper firstly describes the advantages of case-based reasoning technology in the maintenance and diagnosis of switch faults,and then focuses on describing the analysis model built by using this method.Finally,it is proved in field test that the system can effectively judge the effectiveness and feasibility of ZDJ9 switch machine's health condition,providing the basis for on-condition maintenance of signal equipment.
