摘    要:以钢桁梁为实施对象,分析虚拟预拼装的基本原理,设计虚拟拼装流程,研究理论模型创建、实测点选择、测量精度和温度影响等关键要素,搭建包括精度管理和拼装管理两大模块的虚拟预拼装系统。以某实际桥梁工程平面预拼装为基准,采用虚拟预拼装技术进行对比分析,两者结果吻合较好,表明虚拟预拼装技术的可行性和准确性,为钢桁梁虚拟预拼装技术的应用和推广提供有益参考。

Abstract:By focusing on the steel truss beam,the basic principle of virtual pre-assembly was analyzed,as well as the virtual assembly process,the key elements such as the creation of theoretical model,selection of measuring points,measurement accuracy and temperature influence were also included.The virtual preassembly system was built,which includes two modules,precision management and assembly management.Taking a practical bridge project as an example,the comparison and analysis of the traditional way and the virtual pre-assembly were carried out,and the results are in good agreement with each other,which shows the feasibility and accuracy of the virtual pre-assembly technology.The study provides a useful reference for the application and extension of the virtual pre-assembly technology for steel truss girder.
