高速铁路路基结构性粉质黏土的工程处理措施

摘    要:结构性粉质黏土具有水敏感性,天然状态强度较高,浸水后土体软化明显,易发生湿陷。实际工程中结构性粉质黏土常被视为普通粉质黏土,没有针对性处理措施。本文针对京沈高速铁路阜新站的结构性粉质黏土的工程特点提出了相应的处理对策。建设期应对饱和度小于60%且孔隙比大于0.6的粉土、黏性土增加湿陷性试验并根据试验结果进行地基处理。针对运营高速铁路特点,提出可达到秒级响应的信息化袖阀管注浆加固技术,并在京沈高速铁路成功应用。

Abstract:The structural silty clay has the characteristics of water sensitivity,high strength in natural state,obvioussoftening of soil after immersion in water,and easy to collapse.In practical engineering,structural silty clay is oftenregarded as ordinary silty clay,and there are no targeted treatment measures.This paper proposed correspondingtreatment strategies according to the engineering characteristics of the structural silty clay at Fuxin Station of BeijingShenyang high speed railway.During the construction period,the collapsibility test should be conducted for silt andcohesive soil whose saturation is less than 60%and void ratio is greater than 0.6,and the foundation treatment shouldbe carried out according to the test results.According to the characteristics of operating high speed railways,theinformation-based sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement technology that can achieve second-level response isproposed and successfully applied in the Beijing-Shenyang high speed railway.
