摘    要:近年来矿山法隧道断面形式多变且转换频繁,施工难度加大。由台阶法标准断面转换为双侧壁导坑法特大断面,通过常规过渡渐变的施工方法无法实现大跨度转换,并且初支结构稳定性存在安全隐患。本文以北京地铁14号线金台路站-朝阳公园站区间施工为背景,对小断面转换为超大断面施工技术进行研究,最终确定采用"侧向施工通道+复合衬砌"的方法,并合理运用暗挖辅助措施,通过监控量测系统进行数据采集分析,最后顺利完成断面转换施工。

Abstract:In recent years,the section forms of mine tunnel are various,the section conversion is frequent,and the construction difficulty is gradually increased.It is difficult to transform the standard section of step method into the extralarge section of double-side-wall pilot-pit method by the conventional transition method,and there is a hidden danger in the stability of the primary support structure.With the interval construction between Jintai Road Station and Chaoyang Park Station of Beijing Subway Line 14,the paper studies the construction technology of transforming small section into super large section,and finally determines to adopt the method of "lateral construction channel+composite lining".By reasonably using the auxiliary measures of underground excavation,carrying out data collection and analysis with the monitoring and control measurement system,the section conversion construction is completed successfully at last.
