交流传动电力机车DC 75 V电源库内动车方案设计

摘    要:为尽量避免目前库内动车方案存在的高电压、供电电缆过长、线缆磨损等安全隐患,设计出DC 75 V电源点动式动车的新型库内动车方案。通过动车功率、输入电流和仿真计算,分析用户具体需求,详细阐述DC 75 V电源库内动车的车载主电路原理、控制电路原理、联锁逻辑控制,以及地面分布式电源方案。该方案利用库内地面分布式电源、库用选择隔离开关和车载变流器等设备,实现机车库内点动式动车功能,为交流传动电力机车的库内动车电路设计提供新的思路。

Abstract:In order to avoid potential safety hazards such as high voltage, too long power supply cable, cable wear,and etc. existing currently, a new DC 75 V point moving electric locomotive depot scheme is designed. Through power, input current and simulation calculation, the specific needs of users are analyzed, and the principle of the main circuit, the control circuit, the interlock logic control and the ground distributed power supply scheme of the DC 75 V electric locomotive in depot are expounded in detail. The project uses the distributed power supply on the ground, the selective disconnecting switch and the on-board converter, it implements the function of the point moving in the locomotive depot, which provides a new idea for the circuit design of the AC driving electric locomotive in the depot.
