既有铁路斜交盖板涵接长方案探讨

摘    要:涵洞接长广泛应用于既有铁路改造及增建二线铁路中,斜交盖板涵接长是其中特殊的一类。根据已建成的增建渝怀二线21座斜交接长涵洞,首先按孔径、斜交角度、填土厚度分类汇总;然后采用MIDAS建立有限元模型,分析不同类型盖板裂缝及应力;最后根据计算结果并结合不同工程实际条件,总结出5种斜交盖板涵洞接长方案。实践证明,这5种方案对铁路运输影响小,施工安全,快捷。

Abstract:Culvert lengthening was applied widely on existing railway rebuilding and newly-built second line,in which oblique slab culvert lengthening is special.This article was presented to discuss lengthening plans of oblique slab culvert in different conditions based on 21 oblique slab culverts of newly-built second line on Chongqing-Huaihua railway.Firstly,these oblique slab culverts were classified according to diameter,skew angle and fill thickness.Then,a finite element model was established using MIDAS to analyze the stress and crack of different slabs.Finally,considering different engineering conditions,5 types of lengthening plans were provided.Practice shows that these plans have little inflence on transportation,and the constraction is safe and qucick.
